Laser cutting

We have two 6 meter lasers in operation.

The short lead time and high flexibility guarantee a cost-effective production even for large workpieces.

Waterjet cutting

We can now offer you waterjet cut parts.

With our water jet we can now deliver all materials with an incredible precision.

Marking laser

Whether machine parts, signs, key rings, advertising media or stickers: With the marking laser, individual signets, texts, functional elements and product markings can be permanently applied to almost all materials. Due to the non-contact mode of operation of the marking laser, it is also suitable for workpieces with complicated contours. In contrast to glued or painted marking, laser marking is abrasion-resistant. High-quality markings can be applied quickly and easily to blanks, semi-finished or finished products. Serial numbering, texts, barcodes, logos and customer drawings can be applied flexibly thanks to easy programmability. A change of motif and/or workpiece requires only a change of marking program. This eliminates lengthy and expensive setup times.

Bending/Bending

Various press brakes help our experienced specialists to process your orders optimally and thus save costs.

Punching

With the CNC-controlled punching machine, large series or individual parts that are unsuitable for laser cutting can be processed.

Shearing

We are able to cut sheets up to 4000 mm long and up to 10 mm thick (steel) or 6 mm thick (VA). Simple cutting eliminates the need for planning and preparation work. This enables us to process orders cost-effectively and within the shortest possible time.
