Studio Paola Favretto Sagl (Barbengo)

Leading the firm and team is Paola Favretto, born in 1965. Born in Italy,in Trieste, a city at the crossroads of cultures, rich in seductive contrasts, a bridge between the Mediterranean and the Mitteleuropean.

There she was educated at the Liceo Classico, fascinated by Ancient Letters and Art. But the passion she has cultivated since childhood is that for interior design, shared by all the female figures in the family's paternal line. An assiduous and enthusiastic frequenter of her uncles' upholstery workshop, where she learned to know and love fabrics, still her passion and one of the unfailing accents in her projects. Divided between her humanities studies and significant experiences in emerging companies in the design furniture sector with the first opening in early 2000 of her professional studio, she brought her passion to fruition.The vision of the home "as the mirror of our existence" has always inspired her professional mission: to restore meaning and beauty to environments, in harmony with the culture, inclination and experience of those who live them daily. Since 2014, she moved to Switzerland and opened her new studio in Lugano : she works mainly in Switzerland and Italy, but if the project excites her and she feels that her contribution can bring value, she enthusiastically follows her client, instinct and ... the thread of ideas.
