Sometimes it takes little to fall through the cracks of the welfare state. People with a mental impairment or with addictive behavior are not simply "themselves to blame". Difficult starting conditions or strokes of fate can be enough to make them temporarily unable to cope with the demands of daily life.

For around 35 years, the Ancora-Meilestei Foundation has been working on the basis of Christian values such as appreciation, respect and hope towards all people.

It supports and encourages people with mental or social impairments or with addictive disorders and offers them a temporary home with workplaces and day structures. Socioprofessional and integrative measures serve holistic rehabilitation, professional and social integration and, above all, the rediscovery of joy in life.
