From our central location in Lucerne, we carry out construction profiling work throughout Switzerland.

In order to visualize a construction project, in Switzerland so-called construction spans or also construction profiles, construction sights are created. By means of poles, profiles or scaffolding towers, in the open field, on existing buildings or on pavement, etc., the corner points and dimensions of a structure are mapped for the building application.

With this visualization the extent of the planned building project is represented and is thus visible on the plot.

Baugespann, Baugespanne, also known as Bauprofil, Bauprofile, Bauvisier or Bauvisiere, are used to visualize the planned construction projects on the building site. This facilitates the orientation on the building plot and facilitates the presentation of the construction project.

Sivag-Lucerne AG has been creating such construction spans since 1992. With our system we profile everything. Be it the new building on a greenfield site, the skylight on the roof, the extension in the middle of the city or the roof structure in the backyard.

Furthermore, we carry out measuring work, site and building surveys, erect scaffolding and scaffolding towers in urban areas as well as the viewing platform on the southern slope.

If you wish, we can also provide you with the stake-out protocol of the construction span points.

Surveying We carry out the surveying work precisely by means of GPS, theodolite or conventional equipment. For this we need the situation plan (project plan) and the original geometer cadastral plan as "dwg" or "dxf", M 1:1, or the list with the country coordinates of the staking points.

Building frame With our telescopic aluminum construction profiles, we can precisely stake out your construction project and mount the construction stakeout points on existing terrain, obstacles or buildings.
We create higher profiles with our scaffold towers.
