René Schweizer AG is a window manufacturer with carpentry and service department. We employ 52 people and have an apprentice daughter in our carpentry shop. For more than 40 years architects and planners can rely on our know how. We are one of the largest window specialist companies in the region of northwest Switzerland.

At our location in Basel, we manufacture wooden and wooden-metal windows with our modern production facilities, which are known for their exceptional quality. Our production is regularly inspected by the Swiss Window Federation (FFF) and our entire company is ISO certified. We can also cover the field of plastic windows. We can also offer you front doors in all common frame and sash materials.

We are also specialists in the field of monument preservation, our monument windows were developed in cooperation with the preservation office of Basel-Stadt. Through a maximum of variability, we can respond quickly and expeditiously to the wishes and regulations of the preservation of historical monuments.

Our service department, which is available regionally as a service provider in the area of windows and doors, carries out repair work on windows and doors. We also carry out glass and burglary damage and the conversion of existing windows and doors to a higher security level. Window ledges, inspection covers or even the insulation of roller shutter boxes, etc., are processed by our carpentry. We are positioned in such a way that we can provide you with a complete service in terms of window renovation.
