Since its foundation, the philosophy of the carpentry Ernst Riesen AG has always adapted to the times. However, the focus has always been on high-quality work at a reasonable price. To achieve these requirements the following points are necessary.

• In our company every order, whether it is a small repair, an elaborate interior or a beautiful piece of furniture, is treated with the same care.

• Education and training are very important in our company. Since 1989 until today, 25 young people have completed a carpentry apprenticeship in the Ernst Riesen AG carpentry workshop or have finished their apprenticeship in our company. All apprentices have completed their apprenticeship with a successful final apprenticeship examination.

  In order to give the young people an insight into the carpentry profession, we are happy to conduct trial apprenticeships. During this week the students get to know our beautiful profession in all its facets and at the same time they can find out whether they can integrate into our team.
