Etienne Oberson trained as a carpenter and then as a parquet layer, before setting up his own business in 1979. His wife, Mireille, trained as a cabinetmaker The eldest son, Vincent, trained as a carpenter, then as a veneer fitter And youngest son Léonard is studying management in Lausanne.
