We have been making ideas and dreams come true since 1868 as a traditional and proven timber construction company.

Our staff consists of 30 motivated workers, of which 6 are apprentices in our team.

Thanks to many years of experience and modern EDP, we carry out your construction project from execution to completion.

The timber system construction is a modern construction method, in which we achieve a high degree of prefabrication. After only four to five days, the closed wooden shell is ready. Four months after the start of construction you can already move into your new home! Long construction times are finally a thing of the past. In addition, the natural building material wood offers a cozy and healthy living comfort. Regardless of whether the house facade is plastered or boarded with wood, residential buildings in wood system construction are among the front runners in terms of energy savings.

Timber system construction is a modern construction method that is becoming more and more popular. After only four to five days, the closed wooden shell construction is ready, because the construction process is simplified by well thought-out planning and standardized prefabrication of building parts.

Long construction times are finally a thing of the past and reduce construction interest. With wood as a building material, you experience more comfort and healthy living day after day. An airtight construction method and suitable thermal insulation make residential buildings in wood system construction top performers in terms of energy savings.

Our project houses are not to be confused with prefabricated houses. They are well thought-out solutions that also leave plenty of room for individuality. Advantages of timber system construction:

• High proportion of renewable raw materials
• Recycling of wood waste into paper, fuel, etc.
• Optimal thermal insulation of the outer wall: a 10 cm thick wooden wall insulates as well as 2.5 cm rock wool, 1.2 m concrete, 35 m steel and 150 m aluminum.
• Space gain due to slim walls: approx. 1.40 m² per floor for a house size of 8.00 x 10.00 m
• Short construction time, approx. 4.5 to 5 months, thus reduction of construction interest rates
• Healthy living climate, as wood is practically non-radioactive and has a much lower background radiation than all mineral building materials, e.g. in a concrete ceiling high steel content.
• Wood has insulating properties that ensure comfortable room temperatures in winter and summer: wood is a good heat accumulator and a poor conductor of heat, i.e. it reacts only with a delay to fluctuating outside temperatures.
• Very high fire resistance: in case of fire, wood burns very slowly, without transferring the heat and developing toxic smoke.
