Garzoni Construction Company S.A. is a family business founded by Carlo Garzoni in 1951 that specialized in turnkey construction of civil works.

Among the first private companies in the Swiss construction scene, Garzoni S.A. carries out works on behalf of public and private clients for the residential, commercial, hospital, hotel, logistics, industrial and infrastructure sectors, always guaranteeing the highest levels of technical competence, reliability and timeliness.

Our general management is able to perform in-depth feasibility studies of real estate transactions for our clients who intend to make a real estate investment. Our know-how allows us a practical analysis based on up-to-date and real data that enables the investor to evaluate the real estate transaction in detail.

Technical staff

The technical staff at the assets consists of 27 engineers, architects and technicians and 31 site managers. Most of our staff members have decades of experience in our company.

The management staff has accumulated great expertise over time, even in the face of extremely complex projects, and is able, thanks to a valuable database, to draw up competitive and binding construction estimates in particularly short time frames.
