I, Simon Deck, a federally certified master craftsman, run the wood workshop. I can look back on decades of experience with carpentry work and custom-made products. I was employed as a carpenter in various companies for a long time before I ventured into self-employment as a family business.

Carpentry craftsmanship with its proven, traditional solutions is particularly close to my heart. This can result in a wide variety of innovative, sustainable products - all unique. I have already implemented many of my own ideas. Also in our house in Windisch.

I am very well connected in the region and can therefore call on third parties if customers have wishes that I cannot fulfill in the wood workshop.

For me, being part of a network also means making a social contribution myself. Because I have a lot of experience in the field of vocational integration and training, I am able to offer internships for young professionals with mental health problems. Wood workshop

In the small but excellent wood workshop of Gerber and Deck in Turgi, unique furniture and interior fittings are created from solid wood. I create individual dream furniture according to your ideas: solid tables, cupboards, beds that will last a lifetime; front doors and built-in furniture that will last for generations.

I will advise you carefully and help you to formulate your ideas. I will show you how to realize, produce and assemble what you want.

We select the wood together. The result is an innovative one-off thanks to the solid carpentry tradition.

As a customer, you can experience the design of your idea up close. You get an insight into the production process and can experience with all your senses how your dream takes shape in the wood workshop.

All products from Holzwerkstatt Gerber und Deck - furniture, interior fittings and custom-made products - are individually designed, planned, developed and manufactured from scratch.

The quality of the finished product is very important to me. I guarantee this thanks to my love of wood and traditional craftsmanship, my many years of experience in the production of custom-made products and my pleasure in working with customers.
