From the many years of experience of Giorgio Favaccio and his staff in the maintenance of condominiums and commercial buildings, the company CCI Sagl was born.

The interest developed in fire and building safety regulations and, in particular, in the regulations governing subdivision fire doors, led the company to expand its business and develop its staff.

Today, CCI Sagl is in charge of all complementary work related to the supply and installation of doors for the real estate market: we are able to offer a turnkey package that also includes the replacement of old doors and their retrofitting in compliance with VKF regulations. We also provide all types of technical security locks: for EI 30 armored doors of first entry, for technical, electrical and thermal rooms, and to complete different types of interior apartment doors. We also guarantee after-sales service.
We make use exclusively of patented products from leading companies in the industry and recognized for the quality of their products and state-of-the-art technologies applied.

WHAT WE DO

Supply and installation of fire doors, security doors and mailboxes in Switzerland.

For years we have been engaged in the installation of fire doors and armored doors, providing protection from burglary and fire, in civil,commercial and industrial buildings.

We carry out with precision and professionalism the masonry works aimed at ensuring the installation of our fire doors and security doors. An eye for aesthetics and finishes allows us to make appropriate and correct installations. We use patented and certified technologies and products to ensure works carried out in full compliance with safety and current regulations.

Our company is also involved in the supply and installation of 100% compliant and patent-protected aluminum mailboxes. We are able to provide the most suitable mailbox for the customer's needs, both in terms of aesthetics and installation. Again, CCI Sagl can guarantee turnkey implementation: each installation includes masonry work, installation and final inspection of the work performed.

• Verification of the most suitable type of fire door for the rooms to be compartmentalized, depending on whether it is bounded by masonry/beton or plasterboard walls,
• execution of on-site inspection for executive/feasibility survey,
• sizing according to compartments for all sizes, both standard and non-standard,
• application in both rebated and light passage,
• execution of all necessary fireproof sealing.

• Supply and installation for all sizes,
• customization of interior and exterior coverings, both for new construction and renovation works, the latter made with "restructure frame" that allows installation without masonry work,
