Our company

We are active in the field of supplying and laying wood flooring, linoleum, PVC, novilon, carpet and related materials.

Taking the first steps, in addition to the owner Ivan Pedrazzi, were two qualified installers. The number of employees gradually increased to the current 30, thanks to the acquisition of an important and loyal private clientele.

Most of the qualified installers were trained in our company, starting from apprenticeship.

Our history

In 1980, Pedrazzi Pavimenti SA was founded in Locarno, based at Via della Posta 13, in the former home of the Frigerio family

In 1990, due to space requirements, the warehouses were relocated to Via Rovedo 9 (former headquarters of Inelectra): safeguarding the central location in the city, the surface area suitable for the storage of goods was significantly improved, while at the same time avoiding the risks associated with the cyclical flooding of the lake.

In 2001, at the headquarters on Via della Posta, we inaugurated the current new showroom, which enables us to offer customers the best of Europe's leading flooring industries.

In 2006, in the historic center of Bellinzona, at 9 Via Teatro, we opened a branch that, although small in size, allows the presentation of an interesting range of products.

In 2008, the Joint Stock Company was established, with the corresponding adjustment of our business name.
