Magplast guarantees its production of windows and doors by observing a strict specification and a contract entered into with VEKA , which achieves and allows compliance and CE marking

Technical Features.

No painting expenses because the surface only needs routine maintenance. VEKA profile systems are placed in "class A " according to the European standard for windows and doors and guarantee even more safety in processing, more solidity in corners, more stability and greater thermal and acoustic insulation. VEKA profile systems undergo continuous inspections in the company's special center and can boast numerous industry technical certifications. Window and door frames made with VEKA profile, are prepared to accommodate solutions that provide invisible as well as effective protection against attempts at intrusion and burglary. Window frames for a comfortable home, capable of maintaining the right degree of warmth in all seasons and protecting against the annoyance of outside noise.

Thermal insulation

Magaplast windows and doors meet the legal requirements for thermal insulation both for new buildings and in renovations. A decisive factor in the quality of insulation is the thermal transmission coefficient ( U-value ) of the window. Together with special insulating and low-emissivity glass, VEKA profiles give optimal results due to the multi-chamber technique.

Sound absorption

Targeted sound absorption contributes significantly to improved living quality. Magaplast windows and doors bring peace of mind back into the home, both because they boast excellent insulating qualities and because they can be fitted with special glass suitable for all classes of sound absorption.

Security

For intrusion security windows,entrance doors and balcony or terrace doors are extremely important. Magaplast windows and doors are fitted with standard WK1 anti-intrusion systems as standard on the locking hardware, with the possibility of augmentation on request. The choice of appropriate hardware, in addition to metal reinforced profiles,makes burglary difficult and improves stability. Entrance doors are also equipped with security lock with three-point locking and burglar-proof cylinders. Laminated glazing prevents burglars from entering by means of the smash-and-grab system and is composed of two or more panes of glass joined together by elastic tear-resistant films. In the event of a collision, the glass does not break through, but remains joined to the inner membranes, maintaining the entry barrier. The hardware components also make a major contribution to protecting against intrusion. Additional locking points, tear-proof mushroom pins and lockable handles make it more difficult to force windows open.
