In order to be able to guarantee you work of such quality in the future, we have also been successfully training apprentices for years. It is important for us to recruit interested, enthusiastic and goal-oriented young workers. The apprenticeship to become a carpenter lasts three years (four years from 2014), with Bühlmann Carpentry taking on 1 to 2 apprentices per year.
